A website to celebrate my wedding. It included an online RSVP system, a photo gallery, a countdown clock to the wedding day, and a simple blog interface for visitors to leave comments for the happy couple.

A website for a small educational supply store. Some of the challenges of this project included a Shockwave Flash slideshow of photos, an order form that automatically calculated cost, and an online product catalog that could easily be changed from a single text-based database.

Takes a roster of student names and email addresses for a particular class and assigns them random seats in the examination room. Automatically spaces them farther apart or closer together, depending on the number of students, and sends each student an email stating what side of the exam room they will be assigned to before the exam.

A mobile astronomy app designed for the PocketPC. User enters the name of a deep sky object (DSO) and the computer assists in finding the object with a telescope by returning the object's current altitude and azimuth.

A MS-Windows rewrite of a DOS-based utility billing system.

An Excel spreadsheet I developed for a college-level astronomy course which allowed students to enter a star's absolute magnitude and spectral class, and it would plot the star on a Hertzsprung-Russell diagram, indicating its temperature and color.

An Excel spreadsheet I developed for a college-level astronomy course which allowed students to enter an observation date and the angle of Mercury from the Sun, and a formula would convert it to polar coordinates and map Mercury's position relative to the Sun, thus allowing the student to see whether the orbit best matched a circle or an ellipse.

A datasheet I developed to help keep track of astronomical observations. I made it freely available for download on my astronomy website, where many visitors downloaded and used it.
